This honey is quite unknown within monofloral honeys, with a classic brown-dark colour and mild flavour with a delicate and pleasant floral aroma. It has little tendency to crystallization, but high viscosity. It has some medicinal properties of the plants from which it comes: diuretic, laxative and cardiotonic.
